It is lightly used but eight years old. To keep paper feeding I have to do "roller cleanings" and wiping with alcohol swabs.
In the days of old when copiers filled half the room, vendors would do "PM" (preventive maintenance) once a year to replace feed rollers and other parts.
Does Canon do this kind of service, or are we expected to buy a new machine every eight years?
From time to time I see a blob of black ink on my output, but can't see where the ink has deposited. Does Canon clean that up too?
