All - I have a Maxify MegaTank GX6021 Printer that I've had for app 18 months) that no longer prints in in color - it always comes out faded. I have refilled the color tanks, but cannot get it to print properly. It prints completely fine in black. I've tried some of the testing/service options in the Settings menu, but they haven't worked either- maybe there are others that I need to try??
Please advise and thanks in advance!

Hello,
If you are able to print in black and white, but you are unable to print in color, you can try checking the ink lines to see if they are empty or if they have gaps in them.
If you open the top of the printer to where the print heads load, you can look at the opening in the middle. In that area, you will see the 4 tubes/lines that the ink travel through. You can inspect those lines to see if any of the color lines are empty or have gaps in them.
If they are empty or have gaps, you can perform a COLOR ONLY ink flush to clear the air from the lines.

There does not appear to be any gaps at all in the 4 lines. What now?
