My Canon MX882 printer displays "printing error contact service center B200" I've seen something that says B200 could mean the print head has over-heated. Is that the case? In any event, how do I fix it? If it requires professional servicing, would it be cheaper to buy a new printer? Can my local computer techies (who are very good with computers) help?

I have a b200 error in my Canon PixmaMG5220. I followed all the advice on the web - cleaned the printheads and the parking area. To no avail. A new printhead may fix it, for $90. I'm buying a new
Epson® Expression® Premium XP-830 Small-In-One™ Printer, Copier, Scanner, Fax, Photo
for $130. Which is also slightly cheaper with ink maintenance

I am getting a B200 error code on my almost new MG5420. Does anyone have a fix.

Hi corvair65,
The B200 error is an indication that your PIXMA MG5420 is experiencing an internal error. Based on this, your PIXMA MG5420 would require service.
