I have a user who has a DR-M160II. When scanning and printing from the Canon software, lines will print out along the long edge of the paper. This happens on the front and back sides. However, if she uses a business application that accesses the scanner and then she prints the scanned item, she doesn't get any lines when printed. Originally, there was also a greyish background with the lines. I cleaned the scanning glass and rollers and the greyish tint went away. When cleaning, I did not see any roller or moving part that would coincide with the location of these lines (3/16th of an inch from the edge). I was wondering if anyone has had lines like this and might suggest a way to remove them.
