D570 cutting off image

After replacing the toner cartridge, my image from both the glass and an app cuts off part of the image.  I've reduced the size of the document, but it's still cut off.  I've removed the new toner cartridge (which is OEM), replaced it, and I've been through every setting on the menu, to no avail.  What do I need to do to fix this?  Many thanks.canon misprint.jpg

• Do you see any error messages?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?

Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

As stated in the title, this is a D570.  No error messages.  Trying to make a copy from the glass, so no operating system, though issue also happens when printing from and iPad, via WiFi.

Hello Shadykay,

The image looks like there is something wrong with the toner cartridge or the hardware. In this situation, you can remove the black toner cartridge and gently rock it from side to side to make sure the toner powder is evenly distributed. Once that has been done, you can try printing a few pages to see if the left side of the print starts to appear.

If you continue to have issues, it looks like the toner is cartridge is damaged or there is something wrong with the fixing assembly. I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.

I've learned a valuable lesson - don't count on Canon for support.  I posted this problem 11 months ago. 11 months!! I wonder why this forum exists if you can't be bothered to reply for nearly a year.  Useless.
