D420 image class laser printer unable to get it to work on new desktop

I am hoping that someone can help me figure out how to get my printer to work on my new desktop computer. I downloaded the drivers and toolbox but my new computer can't find it. I ran diagnostics and still unable to find it. The printer worked fine on my other computer that was also running windows 10 and the new computer is also running windows 10

Which of the following methods are you using to setup the D420 for use with the second computer:

• USB connection to the second computer?
  
  
• The optional Wireless Adapter?
  
  
• Sharing the D420 across a network from the first computer?
  
  
• Through a print server?
