Bought a Color ImageCLASS MF741Cdw a year or so ago and all fine until recently. Unit is HARDWIRED to a desktop. Have had this problem for about a month now and when first occurred I deinstalled/reinstalled printer using most current drivers from the Canon Support Page AND downloaded the desktop MF Scan Utility. Problem seemed to clear until this past weekend.
PROBLEM: When trying to scan using printer U/I pushbuttons, I receive a "Connect the Computer" error. When tryng to scan using the MF Scan Utility I receive "Scanner Error 255,0,0"
Sooooo Canon...I see this probelm has persisted for a couple of years now...what is the DEFINITIVE and FINAL solution??
