Hello.

 

Please try the following to see if we can resolve this issue:

 

1.  Turn the printer off.

2.  Unplug the power from the unit.

3.  Remove the paper cassette tray.

4.  Check for any obstructions in the cassette path.

5.  Open the front cover and check for any obstructions inside the unit.

6.  Turn the printer around to access the back.

7.  Open the rear door and check for any obstructions.

 

Once cleared, close the covers and reinstall the paper cassette.  Then plug the power back in and turn the unit on to see if the error is resolved.

I have this problem also. I did the above and did find a piece of paper jamming the printer. But the error still persists after unplugging etc.
