We,ve had our laser printer for some years now and haven't had any problems replacing the toner cartridge until today. As we were printing there was a paper jam the red light began to flash. After we cleared the paper the red light kept flashing so we tried to replace the toner cartridge. When we did it sounded like it was doing it's thing but kept giving us the "Install Cartridge" prompt and nothing we did could stop it and that's where we are currently. Any help would be appreciated.
