I have repalced all ink cartridges and performed all cleaning and print pages. When I still print it skips lines and does not print all info on the page. What else can I do to fix this?

Based on your description of the issue, it would appear that the encoder/timing strip needs cleaning. Please follow the steps in this article to perform this:

If the issue persists, your MAXIFY MB2320 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.
