Hi my printer is producing these black track marks on my pages when I print. They are the length on the page that is being printed and show up even when printing blank pages.
I'm sure this is a result of one of the rollers, but I cannot determine which one it is. I have used the fixing unit maintenance option several times and it does not seemto work.
Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

Hi FourteenG.
I will be able to assist you.
So that I can best assist you, what are the model numbers of the toner cartridges being used with the printer? This information will be located on the top of the cartridge when the toner tray is extended.
I look forward to your reply with the information I have requested. Should you need immediate assistance, please call our telephone technical support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666).
