Sometimes an interference, such as low power voltage, can cause the machine to operate incorrectly. If the printer is currently plugged into a surge protector, please power it off, and then unplug it. Next, plug the machine directly into a wall outlet on an opposite wall. If the copy speed still appears to be slower than normal, it is recommended that you contact us at 1-844-4-MAXIFY (1-844-462-9439).
