Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with my Canon MF4320D printer. It used to work perfectly fine, but recently I noticed that while the scanning function still works, the printer is no longer printing.
I'm using Windows 10 (64-bit), and after some research, many suggest reinstalling the driver to fix this problem. I've tried deleting both the printer and the driver several times and reinstalled everything. However, the same issue persists. After reconnecting the printer, it behaves the same way.
When I attempt to print a test page, I notice that a print job briefly appears for 1–2 seconds and then disappears. No documents seem to be transmitted to the printer, and the printer remains inactive.(Print spooling is running )
I have also tested other Brother and Canon printers, and they work fine, so the issue seems to be isolated to this MF4320D.
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
