To reset your unit to factory defaults, please call our Desktop Printing and Imaging Solutions Group at 1-866-261-9362 or 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays). I understand that Canon coommunityl may be your preferred method of communication; however, these steps need to be provided by phone with a technician assisting you through them.
