Canon ImageCLASS MF632Cdw is not turning on

Canon ImageCLASS MF632Cdw is not turning on. This even occurred while I was printing doc. Paper was stuck in the machine and no power lights on the screen. I removed the paper that was Jam and tried to turn on the printer, but it didn’t work. I tried removing powered cord and put it into the different outlets, but that also didn’t work. Please suggest a solution here.

Thank you in advance!

Check the power cord, where it plugs into the rear of the printer to make sure it is pushed all the way in. 🙂

If the electrical outlet and power cord are testing fine, but the printer will not power on, that would lead me to believe that the unit is toast.

A call to Canon Support could be made, but the cost to ship the unit out for repair might make replacing it a better option. 😐

Hello,

It looks like the printer needs service. You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source and you can try turning it on.

If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, you can log into your MyCanon account or contact support at 1-800-652-2666.
