I just purchased an imageclassmf810 and I am trying to scan to a mac on the wireless network. I have downloaded the canon mf scan utility, but when I try to add the scanner via IP addres i get a "scanner not supported" message. My mac see the printer fine on the network and I can print with no problem. What am I doing wrong?

Hello biffy731,
If you are getting a scanner not supported error, I would suggest taking the MFtoolbox and moving it to the trash. Once the toolbox is in the trash, you can download the scanner driver from the link provided HERE. To provide you with the correct driver and to see what options are available, I would need some additional information, If you could reply to the message with the specific version of the Mac OS that you have on your computer, we will be able to assist futher. To find your version of the Mac OS, click on the apple in the upper left hand corner of the screen and then click on about this Mac.
