Hi, I have a Canon MF229dw, and cannot make it scan to a computer through the network. I have installed the driver, and the Canon Toolbox, but none of those work with scanner through the network.
I also have this problem and in addition I cannot print wirelessly at all. I was told by Canon rep that it's my internet providers fault and they should be able to help me.
