Cannon MAxify MB2320

Hi i have a Maxify MB2320m that its only printing out black and yellow ink i have replaced my ink cartages about 3 times now thinking that it was the ink cartages but maybe its the printer does anyone know if im dointg something wrong

Hi onielt,

Please follow these steps:

1.  Swipe the HOME screen and then tap Setup on your MAXIFY MB2320.
2.  Tap Maintenance.
3.  Tap Deep Cleaning.
4.  Tap Yes to clean the printhead.
5.  Tap Yes to print a Nozzle Check.

Does the Nozzle Check print correctly?  If not, please perform one more deep cleaning.
