Hi, I downloaded the current drivers ...which said were compliant with OS Tahoe..but I get an error message. Screenshot 2025-10-24 at 11.58.38 AM.pngI installed the Driver, but still get the message. The printer works fine. Any suggestions? I did restart my Mac...it's a Studio M4 Max. Thanks

Hi IMAWriter,

the MAXIFY MB2320 is not supported with macOS 26 (Tahoe).  The last version of the macOS that was supported was macOS 11 (Big Sur).  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which, for some reason, are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

Patrick...I got it to work with Catalina...as that OS was "recognized" by Canon's online download page...The new downloads and install work just fine, for whatever reason.  But I'll check out the upgrade. This printer just keeps going and going...has to be around 6-7 years old.

For scanning, the amazing and well supported software Vuescan will allow you to scan without a Canon driver since the software has a built-in Canon driver - I checked and your printer works great for scanning using Vuescan!
