I am having trouble setting up my printer. I keepl getting a error message saying my OS is not compatible. I have tried using my Google Chrome, but still having problems. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate.

You will need to make sure you install the Canon software on your computer. You can get it from https://canon.us/ts202setup
If you need one-on-one help setting up the printer, support is open weekdays from 9am to 6pm (ET) at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666). You'll need to make sure your printer is registered at https://canon.us/account before you call.

Thank you. For some reason it won't let me install the Canon software.

Your screenshot is from a phone. You can't install computer software on your phone. If you are trying to use the printer with your phone, you need to install the Canon PRINT mobile app https://canon.us/PrintApp
