We're using the TZ-30000 in our office, and it's printing much slower than advertised. We mostly print 24x36 black and white drawings from AutoCAD.
It’s advertised to print a D-size sheet in 14 seconds, but the fastest I can achieve at the lowest resolution is 45 seconds for a D print. On standard settings, it takes 65 seconds. Any ideas on how to get closer to the advertised printing speed?
Additionally, it’s really frustrating that the printer leaves a 6" empty border at the top of each 24x36 print. This means it’s cutting the paper at 30" instead of 24". Is there any way to fix this?
We're using 36" rolls
