Hi
Just messaging to ask for help regarding a C7580i multifunction printer - we currently have it connected to our network at work, and it's successfully printing and copying, however we're having problems with the scanning in that we can't get it to successfully email scans at all.
Any idea what steps to take to rectify the problem?
What extra information do you need?

While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!
