I am no longer able to scan a document to the computer using the control panel of the printer. I can scan using the IJ Printer Utility though. Does anybody have an idea what might be the problem?

Hi Countryreader,
Reinstalling the drivers often resolves this issue.
Click HERE.
Scroll down to "Optional Drivers."
Click “Select” next to "MB2300 series MP Drivers."
Press "Download."
Open and run the file.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
