Regardless of how carefully we follow the instruction, we can no longer add an account that will allow us to scan and send. We have one account working, but trying to mirror that account is not successful.
Any ideas?

If you don't already have a support agreement with a dealer, you can find one close to you by vistiing our website HERE and entering your ZIP code. You can also call 1-800-OK CANON (652-2666) from 9 AM to 9 PM ET, Monday through Saturday and one of our sales representatives will be able to locate a dealer for you as well.
