using the ink cassette that came with my selphy. I have used this device many times before, as my sister had one so I finally ordred my own. however, the one I received is just... bad. It is telling me that my ink isn't the correct size, as well as the paper. I have triple checked the sizes anad how theyre inserted, and nothing is wrong. This printer seems to not be doing great by the other posts i'm seeing on it. Makes me sad to have spent money on it thinking it'd be just as great as the one my sister has.
Is anyone else getting an error that the ink isnt inserted? The only way I can print is if I manually hold the ink in place as it prints, which leaves a very painful dot on my hand because i'm holding it AS it prints and it digs into my skin. not safe or comfortable, but thats the only way because thats the only way the printer will register that its in there, it needs extra pressure on it. very slightly. very frustrating!
TL;DR: ink is not working and giving a size and installation error even though it's what came with the printer and is the correct size and installed properly.
