Selphy cp1500 Paper or cassette incorrectly inserted Error Message

Selphy cp1500 Error Message: "No Paper, or Cassette incorrectly inserted! Check paper cassette contains paper and is correctly inserted."

I went over the instructions again and everything is inserted properly. How do I  fix this?
