I ordered a used canon Selphy cp900 offline and now I’m having a print issue. At first I thought it was the ink so I replaced the cartridge, but it didn’t fix the issue.
The pictures are printing only halfway with red and yellow discoloration throughout. Anyone know how to fix this or is the printer dead?

Hi hayleysemrau,
Because changing the ink cartridge did not resolve the printing issue, your SELPHY CP900 would require service.
To obtain service, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.
On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your SELPHY CP900.
Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.
