I keep getting error messages related to paper. When I first turn it on, the paper feeds through, then comes out blank and the message says it's the wrong size. It's the same paper I've used in the unit for the 7 years I've had it. After that, I just get a simple Paper Jam message and have to turn it off and back on. That still doesn't resolve it. It's the same paper and ink cartridges I have always used, but suddenly something's wrong. Any ideas?
Since its same paper size and it comes out blank, the printer most likely experienced a hardware issue and would need to be replaced.
