I don't know if this is the right category but I'm very frustrated. My Canon Ivy 2 mini printer is not printing. Doesn't matter if I reset. I put a new packet in and the blue paper printed out, it says it's connected to my phone but when I try to print anything nothing at all happens.
What can I do?

Once logged in, click on your IVY printer and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
