Canon IVY CLIQ+ 2 only prints with one film sheet in

I recently got a Canon IVY CLIQ+ 2 camera. It worked okay for a bit, but now only prints when there's one sheet of film inside.

When I reloaded the paper pack of 10, it wouldn't print and the LED light keeps flashing red. There doesn't seem to be a paper jam, because it will print when there's only one sheet. The cover is also shut closed. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi,

Please do the following: 

1. Make sure the top cover is closed properly.
2. Reload the Canon ZINK® paper in the proper position (logos facing down).
3. Check whether the Bluetooth connection is available.
4. Make sure there is a print job in the Print Queue.

If the issue persists, your Ivy would require service. Please create or log in to your Canon Account to see your technical support options.
