I’ve spent most of my Saturday fighting a paper jam in my Canon MF741cdw and I’m about one step away from going full Office Space on it.
I loaded a sheet of adhesive sticker vinyl into the multipurpose tray, everything I found said they should be fine, and I’ve printed on the same stuff before. This time though, it grabbed it and I heard it crumple.
Since then I’ve:
Opened the front and back, nothing visible
Pulled the toner still nothing
Checked the exit and smoothing.
At this point it feels like the paper just vanished into another dimension or is stuck somewhere I can’t see.
I’ve been digging around online and it seems like there’s some next step or hidden spot I’m missing…
Any ideas before I lose my mind (or the printer)? Appreciate the help!
