Can’t print from Selphy app to my Canon cp1300

I cannot print from the selphy app to the Selphy CP1300.  Whenever I try I get the “Failed to communicate with the printer. Check printer connection.” Message. I’ve uninstalled re installed Wi-Fi to printer and app.  Uninstalled reinstalled Selphy app.  I can print to cp1300 directly from photos on my IPhone just not through the Selphy app.  I’ve rebooted router/modem and nothing is working. I have a an iPhone 14 with iOS version 16.6.1. Amy ideas?
