I purchased a small printer, the “Canon SELPHY CP1500”.
From the very first print, it left a very fine line on one side, and all the following prints have it in the exact same place. After doing some research, I saw that many people have this “problem” — I put it in quotes because there are also many who don’t even notice it. Many people say that it’s inherent to the model itself and that even if I replace it, the problem will not be resolved.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed? Should I look for a replacement, is there any point, and is it possible to fix it?
Thank you very much for your time and dedication! I am also attaching photos showing the fine, annoying line.
