Border cutting off on Ivy 2

I just started using my Ivy2 printer. I’ve tried the border settings out and every time I print, it cuts off the bottom border.

What am I doing wrong?

This seems to still be an issue, any update on resolutions? I am trying to print out book covers, and it is cutting off the bottom of the cover that has the author name.Author name cut off on bottomAuthor name cut off on bottom

Hi lexnichole! Thanks for contributing to the Canon community. I see that the bottom of your prints are being cut off.

So we can offer a solution, can you please write back with answers to the following questions:

  • Are you using an IVY 2 Mini Photo Printer?
  • If not, what device are you using to print your images?
  • What app or program are you using to print the images?
  • What settings are you choosing within the app?
  • What kind of mobile device (or computer) are you printing from? (e.g. Android phone, iPad, Windows 11 computer).

If you need a solution quick, I recommend creating a My Canon account, registering the printer, and seeing if you have the option to call our toll free support number (1-800-652-2666).  You can create your My Canon Account by clicking on "Don't have an account" at the following website:

I look forward to your response. Thanks again.

You can’t offer a solution. Canon says it’s a universal issue with the Ivy 2.
Go back a read this thread. I use the Ivy 2 with the Canon Ivy app. There are no options for settings. And I use an iPhone.  It doesn’t matter because it’s a problem on Canon’s end. We’ve complained and it’s never been dealt with. I just don’t use that printer anymore because it’s terrible.
