Hi. Recently I was able to print a bunch of photos on my Selphy CP1500. I changed the ink cassette once and didn't have any issues, until suddenly the printer goes through the whole process and just before it prints, an error appears saying: Paper and ink cassette sizes are incorrect!
I remove the paper tray and ink cassette, and insert them again, but the error comes up every time.
I haven't been able to print anything else since that error appeared. Has this happen to someone else?

yep! I just got mine and it came with paper/ink... both are saying the size is wrong and not inserted. very frustrating.

Once logged in, click on your SELPHY CP1500 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the error and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.

so I saw this issue got resolved in the forum but this doesn't work for me. I created an account on Canon and wanted to register my product but in order to do that, I need to give my address. No problem for me but you guys don't take addresses outside the US.
So what does this means for me? I cant get support on my brand new printer that I got for Christmas.
Please advise me what to do, thank you.

There are three paper types that the SELPHY CP1500 uses; L size, Postcard size and Card size.
Please select the type of paper that you have loaded in your CP1500 in the SELPHY Print Layout app and then attempt to print.
