Hi, King_neptune!
If you have the printer nearby, your printer's model number will be clearly stated either on the top or front of the unit. This usually consists of a set of letters (such as MP, MG, MX, PRO, iP, MB, or MF) followed by up to 4 numerals. This letter/number combination will be your printer's model number, and you can use it to search for drivers at http://usa.canon.com
If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/ContactCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 8 PM ET (7 AM to 5 PM PT).
Thanks and have a great day!
