Hi, I have a problem with my Canon 9000F
I saw that there are some person have the same problem but I don't find how can I fix this problem
When I install the drivers etc... everything are ok but when I would like to scan I receive one message :
Can't communicate with scanner
Cable maybe disconnected or scanner maybe turned off.
Check status
Code : 2, 155, 33 - 2, 250 , 2
I seen the scanner on my computer (windows 10) but it's working.
I tried also to download some drivers but the problem it's not solve.
There is somedy to help me ?

Hello,
This error can also appear when either a security program or a firewall is blocking the scanner driver. Since reinstalling the drivers did not resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support. They will be able to check your Windows computer to see if anything is interfering with the scanner driver.
