Did you mean:

bogus tech support companies

I want to know if anyone has been contacted by a Computer tech support company called

E HUB....it happened while I was searching for Canon Tech support and they called me and offered their services. After they worked with me, someone calls to bill me.....and the next day when I called their support line no one answered after I called 5-6 times and over 2 days.  They told me they are 24/7 but seem no where to be found.  I got thru once and they would not answer any questions of who they are or what they do and hung on me.  Does anyone do that in a customer service company ?  They would offer ZERO info on who they are.   Thats ODD dont you think?

I have a feeling they are not real or just out there scouting for business....It all seems so fake and they spent time with me, did not fix anything and want me to pay by check or money order.  It just does not smell right and Apple thinks they are bogus.  I was not looking for apple but trying to get tech support on my Canon Printer.   I would appreciate it if anyone has had a similar experience and knows anything about the company.   There are several E HUBS out there and it seems like they are hiding behind the positive reviews of E HUB the shipping service.   Canon you should be aware of this....and should have a simple call in number w/o layers of qualification and registration.   Help Please.
