Printing Calculator MP49D
I changed the ribbon, as I have done many times. When I press ce/c button, it prints all zeros. It's all over the paper, random places. I ensured that the numbers were all aligned. What else can I try?

After upgrading to Windows 10 and attempting to scan, I get the message-"ScanGear-Internal error occurred-Scanner driver will be closed- Code 5,202,54". No problem before upgrade.
