I am deeply disappointed in my service experience at Canon. I absolutely cannot get a hold of a live person and the website has given me the runaround at every turn. This experience has ruined my day. I don't know what else to do other than come here, the only place I apparently have a voice, to complain about the complete and utter lack of customer service.

We're disappointed to hear of your experience. Although Mondays do tend to be our busiest day for phone support, you still should have been able to get through to someone but might have had to hold until an agent was free to help.
If you can give some details such as printer model and your reason for calling, some of our Community members will be glad to help you.
If you'd rather go with phone support, making sure your printer has been registered to your MyCanon account and calling from the phone number used in your MyCanon account profile should help to get you to the right place.
