I have done all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the manual.
- Turned off and restarted (multiple times)
- Tried cleaning the roller for casette 1 and 2
- Failed due to Support Code 5207
- Attempted to complete auto head allignment
- Unable to complete due to Support Code 5207
Whats next? I am pretty frustrated because I just purchased (Genuine Canon) ink which is not cheap. Now I cant get my printer to work. Please help.
