Support Code 5207

I have done all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the manual.

 

  • Turned off and restarted (multiple times)
  • Tried cleaning the roller for casette 1 and 2
    • Failed due to Support Code 5207
  • Attempted to complete auto head allignment
    • Unable to complete due to Support Code 5207

Whats next? I am pretty frustrated because I just purchased (Genuine Canon) ink which is not cheap. Now I cant get my printer to work. Please help.
