I purchased an Ivy Mini Photo Printer as a Christmas gift. When I received it, I realized Canon's 14-day return policy doesn't work for me since it is a gift. The return and exchange information states that you have to call to get an RMA#. However, no one answers the phone. I can't find a Live Chat or any information online to get this product returned. If someone could offer suggestions, I would be grateful!

I finally got someone to answer the phone after saying I wanted to buy something new. I received an RMA#!! This issue is solved.
