Hope someone can help me here
Have had a search of the forum topics for advice, have tried some suggestions but to no avail.
I have recently upgraded my pc from windows xp to windows 7(32 bit) and uninstalled my canon programmes from the old pc (I bought a new pc rather than upgrade the o/s)
I connected my canon printer via usb to the tower and windows 7 said it was installing new hardware etc, but I have no scan option on the solution x menu toolbar when I used to have this on the old pc.
I have d/loaded drivers that were mentioned on other threads and installed them but it has not changed the situation
Anyone any ideas how I resolve this issue
