Print Studio Pro won't install in Photoshop

The Canon instructions to install this plugin for Photoshop says to "start the plug in installer." It shows I'll get a window to pop up where I can click "CONTINUE," but instead I get a window that says "A version of Adobe Photoshop supported by Print Studio Pro is not installed.... etc., etc." with only an "OK" window to click on. When I click on "OK" the window goes away so nothing has happened to install the plug in.

I'm using Windows 10 and I'm in the Adobe Creative Cloud with Photoshop 2015.1.2 Release (20160113.r.355 x64).

Thanks. Since I bought the printer yesterday, I assumed the software was up-to-date. I should have checked.
