Has anyone experienced and been successful in getting a credit when the price has dropped on your purchase within 3 1/2 weeks after you purchased it?

For what product? I couldn't readily find any documentation regarding Canon's competitive pricing (which would presumably cover scenarios you've outlined above). Best to reach out to Canon's Sales department to see if anything would apply to your case.

Where did you buy it? I recall Wally World advertising a drop in price but to get a refund is out.
