Payment Processing Error at Checkout

Hi. I am trying to place an order, but I keep on getting an error on this site that Canon cannot process my payment. I have tried 2 cards and PayPal multiple times but nothing works. I authorized these charges on my end, but I still cannot place my order. Is anyone else having this issue?

Greetings ,

Are your cards issued in the United States with a US address?  This is often a reason for the Canon Store to decline a purchase.  You can speak to sales as Danny mentioned.  I'm sure they'll be able to get it cleared up for you.

Hopefully, you didn't get charged multiple times. Had that happen once.
