My package was ripped apart and only packaging supplies were inside. It has a damaged stamp on it but they still delivered it. Is it possible to look for my item?

It doesn't matter. Once he calls our sales department to report that he didn't receive the product, they will open an investigation with FedEx. That takes a minimum of 14 days.

You have an issue with the shipper. Did you report this to them (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)?

Was this an unattended delivery or did the delivery driver personally hand you a damaged, opened package and require that you sign for it? It still amazes me that some carriers will just drop a sizeable package worth a fair amount of money on my front porch in plain view without requiring someones signature.
