Without knowing what camera you have, I believe this post from 2012-2016, may shead some light onto your issue.
According to Barry56 he seems to have had the same issue, but was able to simply "reset" the camera's wifi. Then renter all preferance data just setup both device once again.

I have tried this but this is not working for me please update me in this regard.
