I have a Pixma MG5220 and I was using Windows 8.1 but have now upgraded to Windows 10. I was using WiFi but alfo a cable at times.
It is a shame that a great printer like this got that U052 error and now is unusable. Support was not helpful and told me that I should just buy a new printer. What kind of solution is that.
There are so many people and printers with this problem that it must be a manufacturer defect and we should be compensated somehow.
